Rooftop

Home / Roofing Leads

Our roofing leads

Pre-qualified. Exclusive. Booked for tomorrow.

Every lead Rooftop delivers has been called by a person, qualified on six criteria, and booked for a next-day appointment. You never compete with another contractor for the same homeowner.

What a Rooftop lead is

Not a form fill. A confirmed appointment.

Most “roofing leads” are a name, a number, and a timestamp — sold to whoever bids highest, four times over. By the time you dial, the homeowner has already spoken to three of your competitors, or never wanted a roof at all.

We work the other way round. Our floor makes the outbound call, has the conversation your estimator would have, and only then puts a time in your calendar.

Qualification

Six things we confirm before we book.

Homeowner status

We confirm we’re speaking to a decision-maker who owns the property — not a tenant or a passer-by.

Property and roof type

Approximate square footage, roof material and storey count, so your estimator arrives prepared.

Condition and cause

Storm damage, ageing shingles, active leak or full replacement — we establish what’s actually wrong.

Insurance coverage

Confirmed insured, and whether a claim is already open or an adjuster has been out. We don’t book uninsured homeowners.

Timeline

How soon they want work done. Someone “thinking about it next year” isn’t an appointment.

Commitment to a time

A specific date and time the homeowner has agreed to and expects you to attend.

Exclusivity

One homeowner. One contractor. Always.

Shared leads are the reason contractors distrust lead generation. When the same homeowner is sold to four companies, the sale goes to whoever calls fastest and discounts hardest — and everyone’s margin dies.

Questions

About our leads.

A shared lead is contact information sold to several contractors at once. A Rooftop appointment is a scheduled inspection with a homeowner who has already agreed to meet you, and it is sold to nobody else. You’re buying a place on a calendar, not a race.

It doesn’t count against your package. Our model is package completion — you pay for inspections your team actually performs, so a no-show is replaced rather than billed.

Yes. Every appointment we book is an insured homeowner, and beyond that you can narrow it further — full replacements only, or jobs above a certain size. We build your criteria into the qualification script before the campaign starts.

That depends on your market size and how many crews you can staff. We’d rather scope a smaller package than send appointments your team can’t service — tell us your capacity and we’ll size it honestly.

Stop paying for names. Start paying for inspections.

Tell us your market and crew size — we’ll come back with a realistic volume and a price.
