Pricing

You pay for inspections. Not for names.

Rooftop sells packages of booked appointments. If your team doesn’t inspect it, it doesn’t count against your package. That’s what we mean by 100% package completion.

The model

Three things determine your price.

Your market

Population density, storm activity and competition all change how much calling it takes to fill a calendar. A tight metro costs less per appointment than a spread-out rural territory.

Package size

Larger packages carry a lower cost per appointment. Most contractors start small to judge quality, then scale once they’ve seen their close rate.

How narrow your criteria are

Every homeowner we book is insured. Narrow it further — full replacements only, or jobs above a minimum size — and it takes more calls per booking, which is reflected in the price.

What’s included

Everything, in one number.

There is no setup fee, no per-seat charge, and no separate cost for the qualification work. The appointment price is the price.

Not included

Things we’d rather be upfront about

We don’t sell your leads to anyone else, so there’s no volume discount funded by resale. We don’t run your paid ads. We don’t write your estimates or handle your claim supplementing.

And we don’t publish a flat per-appointment rate on this page, because quoting a number without knowing your market would be a number we’d have to walk back.

Worth knowing

Cost per appointment isn’t the number that matters.

Cost per acquired job is. An appointment that costs more but closes twice as often is the cheaper option.

Questions

About pricing.

Because the honest answer depends on your market. Filling a calendar in a dense metro after a hail event takes far fewer calls than the same target in a quiet rural county, and pretending otherwise would mean quoting a number we’d have to revise. Send us the territory and you’ll get a real figure within one business day.

Your estimator attends the property at the booked time and the homeowner is there to let them assess the roof. If that doesn’t happen, the appointment is replaced.

There’s a practical minimum — running a campaign for a handful of appointments costs more per booking than it’s worth to either of us. We’ll tell you the sensible starting point for your market rather than sell you something too small to judge.

Packages are agreed upfront and reconciled against inspections completed. We’ll walk through the specifics with you before anything starts — no surprise invoicing.

Yes. There’s no contract obliging you to buy a second one. Most contractors do, but that’s a decision you make after seeing your own close rate, not before.
