Home / How It Works
From outbound call to your calendar in 24 hours.
No black box. Here is every step between our agent dialling a homeowner and your estimator knocking on their door.
We call homeowners in your territory.
Before a single call is made, we agree your service area down to the postcode, the job types you want, and the minimum size worth your estimator’s drive time. Our floor then works that list during the hours homeowners actually answer.
- Territory defined by you, not by us
- Agents trained on roofing terminology and claim types
- Calling windows tuned to your market’s time zone
We qualify on the call — not afterwards.
Anyone can transfer a warm body. The value is in what gets confirmed before a time is offered.
Ownership
Are we speaking to someone who can authorise work on the property?
The actual problem
Storm damage, a leak, ageing shingles, or a full replacement they’ve been putting off.
Insurance coverage
We confirm the homeowner is insured before booking. Uninsured properties don’t become appointments.
Property specifics
Roughly how big, how many storeys, what material — so nobody is surprised on arrival.
Urgency
Wanting a roof “eventually” is not an appointment. We’re looking for a real timeline.
Agreement to meet
A named day and time the homeowner has explicitly accepted.
We book, then we confirm.
A booking that never gets confirmed is a guess. Every appointment gets a second contact before your estimator sets off, which is the single biggest factor in whether someone is home when you knock.
- Slot chosen around your crew’s route, not at random
- Homeowner told your company name and what to expect
- Confirmation contact before the visit
- Call notes attached so your closer walks in informed
You get one email. That’s the whole handover.
Tomorrow’s schedule, tonight
Names, addresses, times, job type and call notes — in the order your crews should drive them.
Nothing to log into
No portal, no new software for your team to learn or forget the password to.
Non-inspections replaced
If your team doesn’t get to inspect, it doesn’t count against your package.
A weekly summary
What was called, what was booked, what was inspected — so you can see the pipeline working.
“How do I know these are real?”
How do I know the homeowner actually agreed to the appointment?
Because we confirm it twice — once when it’s booked and once before your estimator travels. And because our commercial model is built on inspections completed, not appointments sent. Booking someone who was never going to be home costs us money, not you.
What stops you from padding the numbers?
You only pay for what your team actually inspects. There’s no incentive to inflate a schedule with appointments that won’t hold up, because those don’t get billed.
Can I listen to the calls?
Ask us during onboarding. Reviewing recordings from your own campaign is the fastest way to get comfortable with how your business is being represented.
How long until the first appointment lands?
Typically within the first week of a campaign going live, once your territory and script are signed off. Onboarding is measured in days, not months.
What happens if quality drops?
Tell us immediately and we retune the script or the territory. There’s no long-term contract holding you in place while that gets fixed.
See it run in your market.
Send us your territory and crew size. We’ll scope a realistic first package.
