Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE TO BE CONFIRMED]

Template — requires legal review before publication. This is a structural starting point reflecting how Rooftop describes its service. It has not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer. Your actual client agreement governs the commercial relationship.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of rooftopcc.com. Where Rooftop supplies appointment setting or lead generation services, a separate written service agreement governs that engagement. If the two conflict, the service agreement prevails.

2. Who we are

Rooftop is a trading name of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ENTITY TYPE] registered in [STATE], principal place of business [ADDRESS].

3. Use of this site

You may use this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use its content to build a competing commercial database.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the quote form does not create a contract. Any proposal we issue is an invitation to negotiate and remains valid for [PERIOD] unless withdrawn.

5. The service, in summary

Where engaged, Rooftop conducts outbound calling within an agreed territory, qualifies homeowners against agreed criteria, and books appointments onto the client’s calendar. Appointments booked for a client are not offered, resold or syndicated to any other contractor. Appointments the client’s team does not inspect are replaced rather than billed, subject to the conditions in the service agreement.

6. Client responsibilities

7. No guarantee of outcome

We book qualified appointments. We do not guarantee that any appointment will convert to a signed contract, nor any particular revenue, close rate or return. Statements on this site describing our process are descriptions of method, not warranties of result.

8. Fees and payment

Fees, invoicing and payment terms are set out in the service agreement. [INSERT LATE PAYMENT TERMS.]

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, logo and imagery — belongs to Rooftop or is used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooftop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to [CAP]. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
